1. 14-Day Returns (Change of Mind)

If you change your mind, you have the right to return your order within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be returned in their original condition

Please notify us within 14 days of receiving your order

You then have a further 14 days to return the item

Refunds:

• Full refund of the item price

• Original shipping cost refunded (standard delivery only)

Return shipping:

Paid by the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect

2. Faulty, Incorrect, or Misidentified Items

If your item is:

• Faulty

• Not as described

• Incorrect

• Or does not match its stated identity

You are entitled to a full refund, replacement, or repair.

This includes coverage under our: GemDrop Lifetime Warranty

Every GemDrop gem is guaranteed for life against misidentification and material inconsistency.

👉 If a stone is ever found not to match its stated identity, we will make it right.

In these cases:

Return shipping is covered by us

Full refund or replacement offered promptly

3. Condition of Returns

Returned items must:

• Be in the same condition as received

• Include original packaging (where possible)

We understand gemstones are handled for inspection — this is fine.

However, we may reduce a refund if the item shows signs of damage beyond reasonable handling.

4. Refund Process

Refunds are issued within 5–7 working days of receiving the return

Refunds are made to the original payment method

6. International Orders

For international customers:

• You are still covered by our authenticity guarantee

• Return shipping costs may vary depending on location

• Any customs duties paid are non-refundable
